PRIVACY POLICY & GDPR

The NNC registration form discloses the following personal information – Name and date of birth of child, home address, parent mobile number, parent email address and medical details.  There is also an opt-in box to tick if you would like NNC to share your personal details with Maccabi London.  Maccabi London is a Jewish charitable organisation which runs a variety of sports clubs for children.

Information from the registration form is used to affiliate your daughter to England Netball, and therefore insures her in the case of injury and also allows her to play competitive matches.

Often parents ask for help in arranging rotas.  As such email addresses or contact phone numbers may be shared with other parents.

On receipt of your registration form your information is put into the NNC database which is in my personal Dropbox.  No one else has access to the database or my Dropbox. Your details are held in the database while your daughter is at NNC and for 1 year after she leaves (girls often return!). Your information is also added to the England Netball database.

All paper copies of registration forms are held on file at NNC HQ (my home office!) while your daughter attends NNC and for 1 year after she leaves.  The forms are then shredded.
